Tibor Racz has almost 20 years of experience in a range of different areas of commercial banking. Before the establishment of BankCom Consulting he worked as Deputy CEO for one of the leading banks in the Hungarian market, managing the bank's Consumer and Small Business Division. He was responsible for the development and successful implementation of the bank's Expansion Business Strategy, turning the bank into one of the most dynamically growing participants of the Hungarian retail banking market in 2006. In the course of his career he managed and supervised a number of successful M&A and business integration projects and he also participated in international integration and due diligence exercises. As a manager he directed the elaboration of both green field business division strategy development as well as implementation, consolidation and re-launching of existing divisions. As a result of reorganisation the division that had been generating substantial losses beforehand was once more in the black with a sizeable profit after more than doubling its sales revenue in less than two years. During the first 10 years of his career he worked in the wholesale corporate banking area, first as relationship manager, and later covered various sales management positions. During his career, besides his banking expertise, he steadily expanded his experience in the sales, management, operation, organisation and business development areas, through which he acquired comprehensive and practical all-round knowledge of banking operations and procedures. In addition to carefully developing and improving his professional knowledge and expertise he acquired in-depth expertise and practice in the areas of change management, human resource management, organisational development and incentives, product and process management, risk management, planning and controlling, which are essential requisites for the successful completion of assignments.
